I have a JDS 2000 air cleaner that a friend is interested in buying. It is an older 3 speed model with the washable prefilter and no timer or remote control.
Does anyone have an idea of what would be a fair price? I've searched Craigslist and EBay but can't find any listed for comparables?

I was looking at one near Boston that got snapped up at $300 before I could get there.

The timer isn't a problem, just get one of those programmable timer/extension cords sold for Christmas lights.
Where is this thing, if you're friend doesn't bite? I still want one for my shop.

Definitely don't use the price I got mine for. $50. Guy was selling some stuff from a house he bought. Had no idea what it was!
