I love it. Nice post. Hardcore tool junky porn. They have a meber bandsaw, I have a meber bandsaw.....what's not to love! Of course that's where the similarities in shops end. That tenon maker is pretty trick, like a CnC machining center, hate to have to buy their tooling!

Nice to see a furniture shop that appears to be thriving! I have to say that's some nice equipment....makes me almost want to buy a NEW machine....almost:D

Also if you are in the area they also have a great showroom, and they don't mind you photoing items. Although I am sure they would like it better if bought it. Tom

That was an awesome video.

The tenon cutter works on the same principle as the Leigh FMT jig - but on steroids.

That resaw machine is a trip! I wonder how wide the blade is? And here I am, thinking my shop will be hot stuff when I get a 18-24" bandsaw into it.

A couple of things surprised me on this video. The chair was clamped with steel bar clamps and no apparent protection between the clamp and the wood. Also the only sanding that was shown was after the chair was assembled. Perhaps we were treated to the streamlined assembly in the video. Nice shop and equipment though.

There were a lot of tools in there other than the tenon cutter that were pretty darn cool. I also thought it was interesting how at the start of the video the guy was ripping curved chair backs on the table saw.

We've got an old tenoner similar to that one, just more difficult to set up, but when it is going well we can do 300 tenons an hour. To keep up with that you need two people to feed and one to take finished parts away.
