Grizzly Planer/moulder

Do any of you have the Grizzly G1037Z Planer/Molder? I need a new planer and don't have a lot of room. I want to get away from the lunchbox noisemakers.
I was considering a combo but have decided to stay with separate machines. I don't know if I have room for one of the 15" planers. This one my fill the bill. Any experiences with this or similar machines?

I find my G0453px moves very easily. Just step on the lever in front unhook the dc, unplug and it will roll out of your way. Don't understand the physics, but my planer will handle much more lumber than it seems it should for a 3hp planer. Had a 5hp woodmaster, and it was much slower.
