My sister is in the process of moveing and needs to part ways with her 7 year old Bearded Collie. He is a wonderful pet and fully house broken. My family would take him if we had the time to hang out with him. He is free to a good home that will love him. He will make a wonderful shop dog or partner driving out to the sawmill.

I've adopted all my critters from shelters/rescue groups. There's lots of breed-specific shelters that may be able to help you place him and they've got experience placing dogs with the right owners. I'd try contacting one of these and explaining the situation and asking for their help/advice. I checked on petfinder.com, and here's the links to collie rescue groups in Ohio.
