There is a local lumber yard that is selling an old, and I mean old, table saw. Works, solid cast iron table, 10hp motor, 15" blade. Uses a 3' long 3" or so wide flat belt. Machine is probably from the 1940's or earlier. The fence is moved by screwing in and out a large jack screw so I doubt it is very accurate. They are flexible in price and are asking $800. I have no affiliation with the saw but thought someone here might like to collect old saws or want one that can split a 5" thick board like its 3/4".
If interested let me know and I can hook you up with their phone number.

Sounds interesting, a pic would surely help. I bet you'd find some more interest over at OWWM, or is it just VM now?
