I've been spending a lot of time in the shop over the past few weekends and I can't express how much I love this Saw. It is just incredible the things I can do with such accuracy and speed. It took me awhile to adjust, but now I can truly appreciate the advantages of the slider techniques. Awesome weekend!

Isn't it fun to just play with! I love the way you start to think of new ways to do old things. Congrats BTW!

I'm thinking of buying a K3 but I need to know some dimensions. I would be grateful if someone could make a few measurements for me: width and length of base - including handwheels if they aren't readily removable and width from right side of base to the outside of the slider. The access to my shop is circuitious, I have a portion of wall that is removable but need to make some sharp turns to get there.

Thanks,

Bill

Bill,
ill take some measurements. Keep in mind there are several sizes. I contacted my rep in Delaware, Rich, and he emailed me some specific dimensions for each saw I was looking at. That's what I would recommend.

Dominic, glad to hear that you're enjoying your K3 so much.

I bought a B3 three years ago and love it...........Rod.

Here is the link to the Hammer website that details the space requirements and cutting specs for the K3 Winner.

These come directly from the Hammerusa.com site. Choose table saws and select "Space requirements and Measurements"

Dominic, thanks for the links but there is no way to calculate the width of the saw without extension tables installed. I'm sure I have enough room for it but no so sure I can get it into the shop.
