Hey all, while I was in my shop today, I finally have had enough of the myriad of chargers and cordless tool batteries taking up so much space. Have any one of y'all come up with a solution to this mess? Any ideas/pics of your solutions are greatly appreciated! Help me tame this monster!

not a problem here. i use one platform for all my tools, so one charger (2 batteries at a time on one charger) does almost all of my batteries. one of the advantages of buying one brand of cordless power tools.

This is a great opportunity to use those smaller ply or MDF scraps to make a charging /storage shelf.

That's what I did. I have a small shelf, about 3 feet long, where I have all my chargers. Right next to it I have 4 outlets that are all switched. I can put a battery on the charger, when it's done, I take the battery off and turn off the switch. That way the chargers won't draw any power. I don't know for sure that they do without a battery in them but just in case.

I came up with this box to hold chargers and spare batteries. I put the chargers on a timer so the batteries are not constantly charging.
Works pretty well for me.

I put my drills and the battery mess on the bathroom door which is 4' behind my workbench.
