In case anyone here is going to the Woodworking Show in Somerset, NJ (http://www.thewoodworkingshows.com/shows/Somerset.htm), this weekend, I'll be there with my woodworking club, the Central Jersey Woodworkers Association (http://www.cjwa.org). We'll have a booth there and an ongoing series of demos. I'll be there on Saturday and Sunday demoing Japanese tools (of course) and a method of sharpening different than what Paul Sellers recommends, even though he'll be at the show as well.
If you want real and accurate woodworking information, Bob Rozaieski (http://logancabinetshoppe.com/blog/2013/02/free-hand-saw-sharpening-demonstration/) will be at the show as well, demoing saw sharpening.
