I saw a post here I think linking to a ruler someone developed. I cannot find it now. Anybody recall it?

may have been peachtree or similar vendor.

it was yellow, plastic two pieces.

it was graduated and could be fit together in various ways to produce different sizes.

i saw it, then lost track.

Maybe you're thinking of Incra's products? Many of them have corrugated faces that fit together to produce a length that is extremely accurate. For instance, http://www.incra.com/product_jfc_tracks.htm
