Question on Grizzly bandsaw.

I have a chance to buy a grizzly 14.5 Inch Z series bandsaw.
300.00 . I need a bandsaw buy know absolutely Nothing about them
yet. I don't want to put out the cash for a 1000 plus bandsaw.
I probably wont saw anything thicker than 5 or 6 inches.
Mainly cabriole legs, and blanks for releif carving.

That is a good price for a 14" IMO. I would jump if I had the need for a 14" saw and it was local. You can resell it for that and not be out anything when you are done with it.
