Here is an easy segmenting project for a pen that lends itself to alot of possibilities. I had the day off today so I was able to get in the shop and complete turning a blank I had made some time ago. This is a Sierra Vista chrome kit with a poured white acrylic blank with red and black pickguard material as inlay. I spun and polished with MM.

Thanks for looking and any comments or questions are always welcomed.

Very nice, John. Did you add the inlay yourself?

Thanks. Poured the blank and added the inlay also. I make all my own segmented blanks.

Very nice design. What did you use to pour the blank?

A simple but elegant looking blank. Same question, my guess is white Alumilite.

Thanks. No I always use Silmar 41 which is an acrylic resin. Added a white dye.
