I found a thread here on SMC that had a link with instructions on how to make one of these.

I have read alot about these recently, and as it was far to cold to spend to much time turning the past couple of days with negative temps around here I thought this would be a quick project to at least give me a little shop time today, this took about an hour. Made from mahogany scraps. I managed to get it up to 39 in the shop with the heater going so an hour was all I could take.

Cool Tim. I just made one the other day. I used it on a box I am roughing out. Works slick.

I used laminate scraps for mine with a pop rivets instead of screws to work loose. I use it a lot for boxes.

I made two a year ago. I have yet to use them, but it was fun to make them.
