Corel Q - related to the "add perspective" tool

Ok, so if you have a border graphic, like a rope, celtic know or something that has a consistent shape/pattern to it, but you want it "thinner", it there a tool for that?

Kinda like opening a hole and pushing the interior edges outward while the outer edges stay put while still maintaining the general shape....

Is using [Contour...to inside] not enough to do the job?

To a certain extent - yes, but I was more looking for a radial squeeze

No, I didn't think of that... not sure how outline will help me shrink ???
