Got Wood?

I member of my local woodturning club put out a blast regarding some wood that was available from a golf course that recently did some tree trimming. Good news was that there was a lifetime supply; bad news was that you had to get it this weekend as the chipper was showing up tomorrow. I went to take a look today even though it was only 4 degrees outside. The piles were overwhelming! I took some, but because of the way the wood was stacked, it was very difficult to get access to most of it. Too bad it will be made into mulch.

Greg could you go out when they start pulling the pile and either cut you some blanks or have them load a log or two for ya? Just thinking.

I would show up if possible when the mulcher shows up and pick up a load when they start. They will probally be happy to give you all you can haul.
