ShopNotes Foldaway Workcenter

Wondering if anyone has built the "Foldaway Workcenter" highlighted in ShopNotes issue 123. It's basically a fold up bench on casters.

I like the design of it and have some ideas for some storage modifications to better fit my needs, but am concerned that it would be stable/beefy enough to handle handtool/hand plane use without moving around too much.

I have very limited space in my garage and totally need a benchtop surface (the mdf I throw on top of the table saw is getting old!) as well as more storage for my handtools. Alas, no room to put a real bench right now.
