George - you could have given me a better hint. Took a little reading before I found what you were referring to:

8th paragraph down in the "Operating Highlights" stating that Emerson is discontinuing the manufacturing of Rigid bench top and stationary wood working tools for Home Depot. They will continue with manufacturing Rigid vacuums and hand tools for Home depot.
