Another Candy Dish

It seems the first three were such a success that the customer returned for another one.

Box Elder Burl, 5 1/4" wide by 5" tall. The ring is maple and there is a smaller maple piece fitted below the handle. The handle was cored out of the bottom half of the bowl blank. The finish is lacquer.

I really like the handle details on the lid. I cannot quite tell if there is an inset bead in the top or not. Would you mind posting a detail photo of the handle?

I will try to take a close up photo of the handle and give an explanation tomorrow evening. I want to get the You Tube video of this uploaded ASAP, but being away from home makes it difficult. The handle almost didn't become a part of this bowl.....sigh!!!!
