I placed an order for a Screw Center chuck for my Jet lathe on Thursday at 3:54 pm and asked if it would go out today. They said it sure would. Well, It was on my porch on Saturdat morning at 11:15am. That is fast service. I love ordering from them. Coming from Utah to GA in that short time period is impressive.

Agree CS USA is excellent. I placed an order on Thursday as well online. Realized that I forgotten several items and sent them an email later on asking if they could add the items for me. Got a reply back within the hour that they in fact had done this and shipped the order. Couldn't believe when the order arrived Saturday as I didn't expect it until the following week due to the holidays. Great folks to deal with, every time!

Ya gotta hand it to Craftsupplies, they do have great service. But USPS or UPS deserves a pat on the back for having fresh horses for the entire route.
