Didn't get a picture until today, but here's a little plate I made for the "cookies & milk" we left out for St Nick. In return, he left me a new curved tool rest!

A piece of spalted maple, 6.5" diameter, a shade over 1" thick, WTF & buffed, laser engraved image of Santa. Merry belated Christmas to you all!

Nice plate, I'd say a few cookies and milk for a tool rest is a good trade - Merry Christmas.

A great idea. Santa should be very happy to have such a special plate.

Now you tell us about leaving the cookie and milk trick. It looks like both you and Santa did alright. Nice platter.

Don't want to give away ALL my secrets until I get that hollowing rig. Maybe next year... ;)

What a neat idea. Our grandchildren would love something like that too. Get busy Grandpa.
