James, takes a lot of character to step up like that. Hope things are smoothing out for you, and that you job situation stabilizes.

I agree with John Keeton. It takes character to admit mistakes and apologize publicly!

I didn't know you lost your cool, hope it was broken when you found it. Like the others have said it takes character to apologize publically.

This, too, shall pass...and I also agree with John's comment. I also hope you are able to work things out cleanly to solve what appears to be something that should have never happened.

I don't think there is anyone who hasn't had a bad moment. Give yourself a break. Woodworkers are a pretty thick skinned bunch. :)
