What happened to Empire Manufacturing?

Does anyone know what happened to Empire Manufacturing that made rust remover and lubricants for woodworking? I didn't see them out on the net.

Maybe there just was a problem with the web site. The products are still in stores, so I have no reason to think the company is gone.
