Cherry Teacart

I was going through some of my old woodworking magazines , and one of them, I forget which one it was, will have to go through the pile to find it again,:o had a Walnut Teacart that I thought would be easy to make. I was thinking of making it out of Cherry.

Who has made this one and any tips on making it ?
