Well, it was shipped last Thursday, and came in today. I hadn't even had time to pull up on the web and track it's progress over the weekend, and that's a first! All three boxes were in great shape. I only opened them enough to make sure the insides were equally intact. I'll have to wait for a while to actually put it together, although I may mount it before I start the electrical phase of the shop rehab. What is it? My Clear Vue Cyclone!!! Sorry I didn't pull it all out. I'm afraid I'd never get it back in the boxes. Stay tuned as time goes on and I'll shoot some pictures as I install it, but don't hold your breath...it will be a while. Jim.

Nice. be sure to update us on the performance and installation as you go.
DC's and Cyclones seem to be a hot topic these days. Good luck and have fun. ;)

Congrats on the new DC. This must gloat day. I'm having a tough time keeping up. Put up some pictures when you get it taken out of the box.
The Clearview sounds interesting. Doesn't it use Bill Pentz' design.
take care,
John

Yes, John, it is Bill's design. I feel good that Bill will get a small fee for the sale to help keep his site going. And the impeller is the new one that Bill and Ed collaborated on. The specs look very nice, even compared to the Sheldon impeller. Like I said originally, don't hold you breath until I get this set up. I hope to have the last wall of the shop done and painted this weekend, (put up 2 more courses of siding today). Then I have to build the torsion box doors. That in itself may take a few weekends. Then I have to decide whether to put the cyclone together, or start the wiring of the shop. Kind of the chicken/egg thing. Got to have both. But I will keep everyone informed, and take pictures of the install. Thanks! Jim (Who's off to dog handling class instead of getting to do a few more courses of siding.
