Couple Christmas Gifts

Built a couple of Christmas gifts for my parents. The first is a pool cue rack. I actually mostly made it and gifted it last year, but finally finsished it this week. Its based off of a Brunswick one that I changed the dimensions of and the design a bit. Its hickory and tiger maple. The second is a frame with our last name in it. All of the letters (except the R) are from the local fire department which my mother (retired) and I were/are both members of. The Creek helped a lot with the construction and finishing of both.

Those are very nice looking projects. Your choice of wood is outstanding. It really give's each piece a unique flair and character to it. I especially like the look of the cue rack.
