Jalapeno popper cooking rack

I have a Jalapeno popper cooking rack.
Would a Acrylic Serving rack be ok to use?
I guess I would have to let them cool a little bit.
But is the acrylic food safe for something like that?

I believe you should be fine there are many acrylic items out there such as glasses, jars etc. Whether or not
the acid in the Japalenos wuld etch it may be the question.
