I get "American Woodturner" (the AAW one) and "Woodturning Design". I like them both, and they feature different kinds of things. My local B&N also has "Woodturning" (the UK magazine) on the newsstand, and I will pick one up if I like a project in it.

AAW American Woodturner and Woodturning Design are good sources, the British magazine - Woodturning is excellent. It can be gotten in a PC compatible format which solves the problem of finding a local magazine store to get it from.

I get the AAW Mag.,Woodturning Design and the British Woodturning. Woodturning is $74.50 a year for a while the last 2 years they had problem of getting them mailed to you on time, they got them to you but they might come 2 or3 magazine at once they have gotten better.
I think that all the magazines rank like this for the guy or gal working in their home shop.Woodturning,Woodturning Design,American Woodturner.

I have said it before when this subject comes up and I will say it again:You guys on this and the AAW forums are the best source of how to info out there. I get a new issue every morning, and if I have a question, I can speak directly with the author. I can also ask a question, and within 2 hours at the most have an answer, dont haveto wait a month till the new issue comes out, and best of all ITS FREE.{signer}Max T.
