Has anyone built a "C" style steady rest? If so could you pm me a couple of pics or any link that you think might help me.
I'm planning to use 1" phenolic with those aluminum "u" channels but really want to leave it open where the laser operates and I also like the idea of being able to install it with the work piece in place.
