After replacing my switch once before, this time I chucked it out into the garbage. I made a note
of the terminal wiring beforehand, then bought a DPDT 20A toggle switch(the Freud switch is a DPDT
but a point contact type not blade.) I made a 1/2 hole in the front of the switch housing channel to mount
it so's my thumb can operate it while still holding the router.
Runs good with no voltage drops or varying RPM. I can still put in a Freud switch, cept the hole will
be visible, but the warranty is finished anyway.
