Bottle opener

Many of my friends drink beer and they do it well. I came across a few threads with different designs for bottle openers. This is my prototype design. I hope to crank out a few for Christmas gifts.

There is a magnet under the felt to hold the cap after it's popped. It was a fun project and I spent quite awhile trying to get the ergonomics down.246061246062246063

It's always nice when an idea works out. Looks like a good design. Now work out one for the pop tops, and I could use that. My wife has arthiritis pretty bad, and has trouble opening pop top cans. Let me know what you come up with. (your friends might like one of those, also):D
