turned,burned, and colored

I promise this is the last for a while.This piece of poplar has been turned for at least a couple months now. I wanted to do some burning on it,but didn't know what i wanted to do. Well as christmas is just around the corner,and i needed to make my mom something.:D She likes birdhouses, and liked the other plates i made for the benefit,well i thought she would like something like this. 11x3/4 Thanks and as always C&C more than welcome.245488245487
