I've been getting some ideas from other posts. I have tried to incorporate them in the rim and foot of this bowl. Walnut 7" x 3" Watco Butcher Block finish. C&C please.

Toby that's a nice looking bowl.If you don't mind me asking where's liverpool? I was born and raised in bradford co PA, so i guess i'm just noisey:D:eek:

Thanks for the compliment Steve. Liverpool is about 30 miles north of Harrisburg.

Looks great, Toby. I like the rim treatment you did. Also, did you buff this? Or does that just a glossy finish?

Thanks Doug (and everyone else), just the wipe on Watco finish. I don't yet have any buffing equipment.
