There are still some registered members who have not updated their registration so as to be in compliance with the posted SMC requirements for members.

“Members are required to supply real first and last names as well as an active email address”.

“Members shall use their real first and last names, handles are not allowed. Members may add an extension to their last name such as city or state when necessary to provide a distinct username, thirty characters are provided.”

To have your name updated to meet the requirements you should e-mail or Private Message the details of the change to either me or Keith and the necessary changes will be made to your profile.

It should be noted – until you have come into compliance -- you will not be eligible for either the Free Stuff drawings or for the upcoming and exciting Bulk Buy Program

Since we have over 1000 members I will not surf the members list to see who is not in compliance. I will however, remind you via either e-mail or Private Message when you post here on the Power Tool Forum if your member name needs to be updated.

See what happens from over usage of "the rules"? While I agree that some are needed......this is the other side of the coin when they are put in place.

Pity.........

Is my name really going to show up on search engines ? What do I tell my friends to search for ? Will the avatar show up too ? I may need a new one, Zack, get your camera ready, I might really hit the big time, move over Buck.

Bobby,
I am sure that someone in the cyber world has put a block on all searches for any Hatfield's. It was probably some guy named McCoy. Besides, finding you in a search engine would require "old crouch" in the "search for" box . Avatar may show up on some "X" rated searches - but I don't use those so I can't be sure.<p align="center">
