One of my favorite 'tricks' is to search "[ORGANIZATION NAME] pdf" on Google. Usually you can grab the vector artwork from a sports roster or something of the like.

Try these: http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/

http://www.logotypes.ru/default_e.asp

I believe both are Russian sites but I've been using them for years with no problem.

Just a word to the wise. Watch what you do with the logos you use. They are copyright protected. Disney protects theirs the strongest. The NFL is next and Colleges are next. If you are selling your work, they can come down on you like a hammer. I came close to trouble a few years ago. You can contact the copyright holder to get their policies.

Wikipedia and Brands of the World are my two prefered sources. Wikipedia is surprisingly good. A lot of the logos are saved as SVG which is a very good format which I wish was more common and supported.
