Just wondering, I know it may be a question that I should know the answer to but . . . . is Braille the same size no matter what, I mean if you do a 8 inch sign or a 18 inch sign, does the braille remain the standard size?

I'm trying to imagine someone's hand getting bigger as the sign size increases... ;)

I have done some that were 3'x4' signs with all kinds of evacuation route text, probably 6-8 lines of braille,
same size as any others.

The ADA specification is very specific about the size and spacing of Braille. In fact the spacing between cells, between characters and between rows of characters allows very little tolerance. The distance between two dots in the same cell is 0.090" to 0.100". See ADAG table 703.3.1
