For the grand-kids...

Maple I think - about 6.5" in dia X 3.5" tall. Not hollowed, just drilled for a tea lite and painted face. Orange acrylic paint rubbed on and steel wool after.

Segmented angles, maple and walnut and 3/32 model plywood for the wings. 3" tall X 1.75" base.
Every year a different ornament for the tree - so far: small birdhouses, Santa's and now the angel.
