This was tonight's project.
The blank had been boiled and was dry, so I don't expect much movement if any in this piece.
Tried a shape that was a little different than my norm and I like it, but I didn't get the lower curve just right.
It's about 6" x 2 1/4" and finished with antique oil. I'll probably add another coat or 2 before buffing.

Jason, yep I did see a form with a similar shape recently ;). Yours is larger, has a little better curve and of course the inward curve on the top and bottom, or is that top and top?

Looks great! I like the collar treatment. Very subtle but adds to the character....
