40 or 60 watt Laserpro Spirit GLS?

Hi I was wondering if anybody had input on whether it would be worth the extra $5000 to get a 60 watt over a 40 watt Laserpro Spirit GLS? We currently have a Spirt GX and Mercury, both 30 watt. We are looking to speed things up but don't want to overspend if we don't have to. Any suggestions? :)

I guess it depends on the materials you are planning or currently engraving. Bigger is usually faster but cost vs time is the question. How much is your laser time worth. Cost per minute charged to customer = recoupe cost over time......

Welcome to SMC. Are you running your machines at capacity now? If you are then a 40 watt probably won't increase your output sufficiently to meet your needs.
