Electric/LED device to quickly lower drum sander to correct height

I saw this somewhere, online, and now I can't find it.

Someone had made a device with a 9V battery, and LED, and a couple of stray parts so that he could zero out the drum sander to the correct height very rapidly. None of the typical lowering crank / trying to spin drum until it stops, etc.

Does anyone remember this and know the link for it. My searches have been futile.

I think it was the joewoodworker link.

I thought I remembered it being used to quickly lower the drum to the correct operating height. I guess it could with a thin sheet of metal.
