I just had a situation with this company and I was very impressed with the way they handled it, so much so that I wanted others to know about it. In short I returned two products without a receipt that were a few years old and that I thought were defective in design. (bearing of a bowl bit smaller than the diameter of the bit extension) Though they had no record of me returning the item (my fault for not getting a receipt from the post office) but they are replacing the items. They did not give me a hard time, they were very reasonable and were very sincere in trying to make things right. Thanks you Eagle America, you will have my repeat business.
