Hello
I was wondering when I pick up my saw with the 52" rails Do I need to buy the extended mobile base or can i just go with cheaper universal base? Im not sure what saw im going with right now but I have it down to two picks
GI 50-185 or GI 50-220
Can a Router table be instaled on the end of the ts with casters that lock? would that be stable enough for cutting on?
any extra thoughts would be great

You need a base that can support the right end of the table board which usually has legs.

Most of the time when people use the router and the table saw, using the same fence, the router is placed in the right extension table. I don't belive that I have seen a separate router table placed inside 52" rails, but I am sure SOMEONE has done it.
