South Bend---16

When I can find the time, I use this South Bend 16 to make a few lathe tools. My machinest moved last year and this was the best answer I could come up with.
The good part--- I don't have to wait in line anymore to get my work done.
She weighs in at approx 2600lbs

Gary, I would love to have a 16" South Bend. I have a Heavy Duty 10" but sometimes it isn't large enough to do some of the things I want to do. Your 16" SB is a beauty.

Yes. I think they still do.

Yup she has the taper attachment--- I ran the serial # and it's the Tool room addition. The reason I bought her was because of the larger thur hole.

Then you will understand this-------- I have to keep the metal working tools under tarps. You would spend weeks getting the saw dust off them.

I always use the DC & air filter when woodworking. I don't cover my mill or lathe, they get a little dusty but nothing the air hose can't take care of.
