I recently acquired a Stanley #7 from the granddaughter of a Minnesota carpenter who built silos many years ago. The tote horn had broken off and the handle had split, now held together with glue and a nail. I was going to try to make a replacement and had resigned myself to the mediocrity of a first attempt. Searching the web, I found that Greg Drozdowski (gregdroz1@yahoo.com) is making replacement totes and knobs of cocobolo. I got my replacements today, ten days after mailing my check. The whole process was a pleasure, the product is splendid. No relationship to Greg, just a guy happy to have someone solve his problem so well.
