Verizon DSL

Hi.

Got a problem concerning Verizon DSL. I checked to see if I can get DSL and it said on the website that I can't get residential DSL service , but I can get Business DSL. The person that lives on the first floor of the same house can get residential DSL service. That does not make sense. It is just a residence. Why would I have to get the Business DSL? Any suggestions?

It might be something that calling verizon might help. Is it possible that the previous owner/renter had a business account and that is showing up in the database? I would call them.

Call on the phone...the online "checking" system isn't necessarily accurate, especially in multi-family homes.
