pics of first turnings

Hi everybody,

Trying to put a pic in. If it comes up this is one of my first turnings. Piece of cherry i made for my wife. I saw a thing in an article about making weed pots he called em. gonna see if it worked.

That WAS easy. Ok I am gonna try to send some more now. Monday is my day off so I will be turning out on my deck. I'll get some pics of my set up.

ok fellas, don't bust your gut laughing. These are my first attempts. Like I say, I have to finish each piece on the lathe so I try to round the top and bottom so i can cut it off with the bandsaw and drill it. Drill off center quite a bit.

Cool stuff. Be careful, before you know it you'll run out of room to put all those turnings :)
