delta 33-990 radial arm saw

picking up one of these this weekend in addition to a delta shaper. never had a radial arm saw except an old sears which i never used i fear of cutting something off :( i anticipate using it for some dado cuts so i dont have to keep changing my TS's blade.

also chopping some wide boards :)

what else do you woodworkers really use a radial saw to accomplish? i have seen ads for sanding, ripping, shaping, etc...

dados, dentil molding,dividers in drawers,etc... i have the 33-990 as well. i traded a 10" delta for it. once youve had the 12" awhile, youll see what the 10" users are missing ;) .....jack
