Maple hollow form vessel measuring approximately 7.5 inches wide by 8.5 inches tall. Finished with aniline dyes and wipe-on poly. All critiques and comments are welcomed and appreciated.

You can always find a way to bring out the best in a piece of wood, even maple that can look beautiful but not really exciting. This one is.

Joe, love it. In spite of the wonderful views from the pics, I'm sure it's best shown off in person though. Amazing little details in the wood that show up looking like sub-ocean (word??) craters.

That is a beautiful piece. I'm more smitten by the color and finish than the form. But there's nothing wrong with the form.
