How is the "Sharp Fast" Sharping Systems

Looking at the
Sharp Fast System
and also getting the
Sharp Fast Multi Jig Tool Rest
coments and reviews please, both parts look like they would do a good job and be easy (and safe) to use.

I have the system and like it. I had the Vari Grind I and didnt like how easy it was to have the tool come off the grinding wheel. I had it happen once and destroyed a stone.

The Sharp Fast is much safer, but so is the Vari Grind II. It has a lot of adjustability and it can be marked to get it back in adjustment when you change to grind a different tool. It works well with the Wolverine base - that is what I have.
