Water based paint

I have been very stupid .I painted a number of doors and some trim with water based egg shell paint .Because it was hot I added a small amount of water to the paint
I now find the paint is not fully adhering to the surface and can be scratched off with a finger nail

My question what can I do
I have tried scraping the paint off be it takes for ever

Help and suggestions please


I would like to re paint with an oil based paint
