O.K. now that we have our new machine . . . the family request have started. Does anyone know where I can get the pattern for the white Christmas deer that some people set out on the lawns at Christmas time? Not for me but for a dear loved one . . . :0)

Found out where they are from, thanks anyhow. I would delete this post if I could but I can't :)

Years ago I found both the Christmas reindeer and the sled on the ShopBot Forum.

There are several deer examples here, not sure if one of them meets your needs: http://dxfgraphics.net/animalspp.htm If you can find a silhouette that is not copyrighted, then you can use Corel Draw to give lines around that bitmap (I use "logo" mode) and then save it as a DXF file. I've done this with several graphics. I did it just last night with an oak leaf picture. You can get Corel Draw X5 for $175, the new X6 runs $400-500. I think Corel is a great bargain for what it does.

There is a file floating around for cutting deer out on the laser side. Can't it be enlarged and cut out on the cnc. I am sure I have that one somewhere if you need it.
