For all the creekers in CA, the Furniture Society conference is in San Diego June 8-11 this yr. If you have a chance to go I believe it would be time well spent, you do not have to be a member to attend. Lots of seminars and conferences and probably some elbow rubbing with some of the big names in Studio Furniture. You can get more info at the Furniture Society web site www.furnituresociety.org.
